Whispering Oaks Service Reliability Project



As part of our ongoing commitment to deliver reliable gas and electric service, we routinely evaluate our systems and perform maintenance as needed. It is our goal to inform customers near construction zones prior to beginning any work and maintain up-to-date information on our website.



We have contracted Zachry Underground Utility Services to replace transformers in in the Whispering Oaks Subdivision to increase the reliability of the existing electric distribution system.

A total of 37 transformers are scheduled to be replaced. Transformer replacement is a routine part of our maintenance program and plays an integral role in providing your home with proper voltage.  



This project is estimated to begin in August 2017 and be completed in September 2017.
