Overhead Infrastructure Replacement

As the electric and natural gas utility in the Greater San Antonio area, we are committed to providing reliable power, so customers’ lights and natural gas turn on quickly, operate safely and remain affordable. As such, we are committed to improving infrastructure to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service and reliability to our community.

As part of a service improvement project, we have identified the need to replace infrastructure for customers near Ingram Park Mall. CPS Energy crews will be replacing damaged arms and poles in the alley of Quiver Dr.  There will be an outage effecting approximately 120 residential customers and will last approximately six (6) hours.  

In a continuing effort to provide our customers with safe, reliable service, our crews will be working in your area to replace equipment on Thursday, February 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For the safety of our crews, a power outage will be necessary while this work is being done.
